Leith Acura is part of the Leith Automotive Group, which includes a number of affiliated automobile dealerships. For that reason, the privacy of your information is important to us.
Our Consumer Privacy Notice tells you the kind of information we collect about you, with whom we share it, and how we protect is responsibly. This Notice applies to consumers who obtain financial products or services for personal, family, or household purposes. We may also disclose the information we collect, as described above, to financial service providers, such as banks, lenders, and leasing companies, as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction that you request or authorize, such as the sale or lease of a vehicle to you. This disclosure is permitted by law.
4. We may also disclose, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services or other functions solely on our behalf. This disclosure is permitted by law.
5. We may also disclose the information we collect, as described above, to the manufacturer of the vehicle you purchase or lease, as required by the manufacturer, which may enable Leith Acura or you to qualify for any applicable rebates, discounts, incentives, or other benefits that may be offered from time to time by the manufacturer. Your digital signature by agreement to this privacy policy indicates your consent to this disclosure.
6. Other than the disclosures described above, we do not discuss nonpublic personal information about you to companies outside the Leith Automotive Group, except as required or permitted by law. For example, we may disclose such information to the Department of Motor Vehicles, as required or permitted by law.
7. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know such information to provide products or services to you. We maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information. |
